Azure Support Plan Enterprise Agreement

The Azure support plans and benefits in these plans are used by customers and non-transferable. Support for preview services and functions is provided only for Public Preview programs (see FAQ above). Other non-public preview and/or beta services can be supported through our forums or other channels. Azure support plans do not cover non-public preview services. Microsoft may, at its discretion, terminate, modify or revise the terms of this EA support offer at any time. Customers can cancel their participation in the EA support offer at any time by notifying Microsoft in writing. Microsoft offers customers the ability to run non-Microsoft technologies on the Microsoft Azure platform, including, but not limited to, Linux, Oracle, SAP and IBM. For all scenarios that can be supported through an Azure support plan, Microsoft support helps isolate the problem between the Microsoft Azure service and your custom application. If you purchase an Online Azure support plan, you will be billed for the first month immediately. The monthly amount is billed on the first day of each subsequent billing cycle. Business purchases (EA) follow the billing cycle of the agreement. ProDirect, however, is more limited than Premier Advisory Support.

ProDirect consultants do not provide specific detailed advice to a single client, such as. B design, architecture or code checks; detailed instructions for optimizing the application or configuration (for example. B performance optimization); or checking the specifications. ProDirect does not offer on-site support or any implementation activity, for example.B. Coding or configuration for the development or provision of customers in Microsoft Azure. We have designed our Azure support plans to meet different business requirements. Paid support plans provide access to technical assistance for break-fix problems on a 24×7 basis. Higher support levels provide faster initial reaction times and access to advisory support, configuration optimization reviews and other benefits. All eligible customers will be updated within 45 days to the standard support.
