Some rental cars are installed with a driver recorder and the tenant or driver must, without any objection, want data such as the tenant or driver`s driving condition to be recorded by our system and that the data be recorded for the following situations. (1) To confirm the status of a rental car that has been the victim of an accident (2) To confirm the driver`s driving condition if it is deemed necessary to manage the rental car or execute the rental contract. (3) Use data for marketing analysis to improve the quality of products and services for tenants or drivers or to increase customer satisfaction. Obviously, my long history of spending a thousand dollars on budget rents did not come into play in this decision, nor did the sense of doing what is right did not come into play. Some rental cars are installed with a global positioning system (hereafter referred to as „GPS“) and the tenant or driver must consent without objection to the data such as the current location of the rental car and the route of passage being recorded by this system and that the data be recorded for the following situations.
(1) To confirm that the rental car has been returned to the location indicated at the end of the lease. (2) GPS recording of the current location and route of passage of the rental car and lease, if Article 24 deems it necessary. (3) Use data for marketing analysis to improve products and services to tenants and drivers and to increase the satisfaction of tenants, drivers and other customers. TBH, the contract probably had a number for the duration of the rental and a number to pay, and you had the opportunity to ask the owner what that meant, so I`m not sure your complaint has real legs, even if you feel offended. If the tenant wishes to change one of the terms of the section 2.1 rental, the tenant must obtain our agreement until the beginning of the tenancy.
