5. The pilot may be extended in writing until 30 April 2016 for the 2017-2018 school year, by mutual agreement of the parties. The above-mentioned time limits may be extended in writing by mutual agreement between the parties. 1.3.1 has the exclusive power to negotiate with the Teachers` Employer Bargaining Association (TEBA) on behalf of all teachers in bargaining units and to bind teachers in each collective agreement with respect to the essential conditions; and 2.7.1 The Association and TEBA may negotiate at any time, by mutual agreement, revisions to the core issues contained in this Collective Agreement.
